IM Carpentry is looking for an experienced Carpenter to grow in their career by stepping into a Leading Hand position in our organisation. As well as working with our upper management the successful candidate will be comfortable mentoring apprentices and assisting other team members. This position represents an opportunity for experienced carpentry professionals to diversify their skillset across all areas of carpentry within our structured system. The successful candidate will get to train and manage their own team while benefiting from support and advice from higher management.
